Savana - Returned Rejected

I ordered two products, a red glitter top and a formal pant. I received the red glitter top perfectly with savana size print and tag attached to it , but the formal pant wasn't the one i ordered .The formal pants doesn't have the savana size print & tag attached to it, it was like a used track pants or something, i even made a video opening the parcel, still they declined return request. I lost my money & now i am stuck with a used track pants, I requested for return but customer service is useless, i waited in a queue for *-* hours just to talk to an agent, still my issue didn't get resolved. Its like company can't even accept the fact that customer received a faulty product.
