Jiomart - Return request rejection

I have ordered Zebronics LED cooling pad for my laptop ** days back. The delivery got too delayed than it notified before. So I bought it somewhere else. I tried cancelling the product both through the app and customer support. Both were vain. And finally the product delivered last week. I refused to accept the delivery as the customer support advised me to. But delivery agent forced me to take the parcel as he cannot bring back a prepaid order. He told me to request return through app. And I'm trying it for * week. No help at all. They turned down my request after * days. I haven't even opened the parcel. I don't want this product as I already bought it somewhere else.
