I had ordered a Logitech webcam from Tata Cliq. The product that I received is defective. It has poor display and loose wiring. When I placed the return request, they asked for brand confirmation. I am still in the process of getting it via email and telephonic conversations. Their executive called up and said that they have to close the ticket after a certain time. Without resolving the issue, they closed the ticket and rejected my return request
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
