Divyansh Gupta filed complaint against PayTM on Jul 29, 2017
My return request was rejected and cashback was not provided. No one to listen customer grievances. No one to answer calls or reply to queries. Return request of a product worth ₹**** was rejected when i was following their return policy. After this they accused me of misusing policies and flagged my account from making returns and also threatened me to Blacklist my account.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
