Jiomart - return request not accepted and refund not issued

I had purchased HP Ink cartridge on **st May ****.I received the product on *th June.It is out of warranty.

I had purchased HP***CR***AA Ink cartridge,black and color from JioMart on **st may **** and I had made a pre-payment of the entire amount of Rs.****/- with my SBI Debit Card.My Order number is *****************W,my Shipment number is *****************-** and my invoice number is R**************. My product was scheduled to be delivered on *th June **** but it arrived one day before that is on *th June ****.However on opening the packing box I was shocked to find that the warranty of my product provided by HP had already expired.The manufacturing date of the product received was August **** and the warranty expiry date was August ****.I immediately called the customer care number of jioMart and lodged a complaint. My complaint number is **********. The customer care executive assured me on *th June that my problem will be resolved within ** to ** hours .But even after ** hours nothing happened.Thereafter I have called the JioMart customer care several times and also sent several e-mails to the JioMart customer care team .I had sent my last e-mail to the to the JioMart customer care team on *th July ****.Every time the reply was your problem will be resolved in ** to ** hours but till date my problem remains unresolved. Moreover even today the JioMart Apps is showing that this particular order of mine is being processed and will be delivered on *th July ****.This is going on for the last one month.Every day the JioMart Apps shows that this product will be delivered the next day. I presume this is being done intentionally by the JioMart team so that I cannot place a return request and claim a refund because my product is still showing undelivered.I earnestly hope you will help me to resolve my problem.
