Myntra.com - Return request denied

Two of my products { catwalk beige flats and globus striped turquoise top} that was recieved defective is being constantly declined after placing return request multiple times. Have even contacted the Myntra helpline again and again but no initiative was taken to correct this issue its been ** days since they are just neglecting my complaints. Everytime i call they say to wait for another * days. But no emails or message being exchanged. After every call i get a message stating thanks for contacting myntra and your issue has been successfully resolved. I completely frustrated and definitely have to think before ordering something online
