Nykaa - Return request denied

my return request was not approved reason given- product not sealed.
Video proof sent as product being sealed and now i get no resolution .
I had never had issues past years. I had have issues starting past months- and it’s my job to raise concern now that i had raise concern may be three or fourth times- is it really my fault?? Because i had been vocal i am not given any resolution?? Great!

I was also willing to wait for the refund after the team investigate the return product and the product reaches the warehouse safely, after all the investigations and the product being there, the refund can be initiated. I was the one willing to take the initiative and being patient. But it does not seem as it is. Had i known this much issue will be occurring for me to even try returning a product, i would have never placed any at the first place.
Hell with your easy return policy. The policy are just for name sake and nothing.
No use for customers.
