I want to return a shoe which I ordered from myntra but is too tight. But the pick up couldn't happen as the delivery person couldn't find the price tag. As the shoe was too tight for me to even try it so I didn't see the shoe in detail to notice that the price tag is pasted at the bottom of the shoe.Initially they declined my return request mentioning the reason of missing price tag but now when I have shared the image of the price tag pasted at the bottom of the shoe they are still declining my return request.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
