I ordered Vincent Chase Eyeglass with Lenskart store dated **th Jan (Order id:**********), after collecting the order from the store I started wearing the glasses however I started feeling discomfort/Headache while wearing the specs, I approached lens kart store multiple times to get the lens or specs fixed however everytime they asked me to use it for *-* weeks more so that your eyes get adjusted. Finally in May they decided to exchange the product via (order id: **********) dated ** may which got handed over to me on ** may by using if you still find any issue you can get it replaced by *th June. Unfortunately I again faced the same issue and decided to raise my concern via store on **th June, the store executive agreed to exchange the product as it was within ** days warranty period on approval basis. On * June i got a notification from Lenskart that we have cancelled the approval no exchange will be provided. Big shock I am user of Lenskart from more than * years and they are not ready to exchange glasses of worth ****.**. I am not even asking for a refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
