I have requested for the return which was scheduled so many times and when I used to call the rider he denied for the pickup and later I got message Return request cancelled as customer was unavailable. It’s almost a month now.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
