I had ordered for a rucksack from paytm on May last week and was not satisfied with its quality. The product was described saying seller will accept return from ** days of delivery. I had raised the return request within three days after delivery and my return request got approved too. Later, they rejected the return request as they don't have return pick up service from my location.
It's disgusting to accept the reason that they dont have a return pick up from ITPL, Bangalore, one of the most famous tech area around the world.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
