Myntra - Return rejected as it failed the quality check

Regarding Adidas Sneakers.. I am putting this here since I didn't get any other option and I am saying again and again that I have video of unboxing and product images that they are in the same condition as they were delivered! I have mailed them the video as well after discussing today with their escalation team, check it!! Attaching the video here also. Their claim that it cannot be tampered is completely false, the box was completely broken but shoes were in new condition as they are now also, check it in the latest video! This is just because of sheer nuisance from your pickup guys mentioning false information, your warehouse team and escalation team that you have created this experience so suffering for me and my parents! I want the pickup asap now!! It’s been a long since I am trying to reach you guys, but no proper resolution till now! I literally will have to throw this otherwise as it is two sizes larger! And my money is on stake! A pickup guy literally misbehaved with my parents, so as an apology If you’re not picking this up.. refund my money!! Moreover, I have call recordings of the pickup guy misbehaving with my parents as well and I can literally file legal complaint against Myntra. So, stop trying me out! I want my freaking money back asap since I am not at fault here Myntra is!
