Ajio.com - Return rejected

I had ordered a T-shirt with order id. FL********** I waited for atleast *-* days for the delivery and when I received I found it a little small, which I tried to return it as per the ajio policy within *-* hours but when the delivery boy came he rejected the pick up coz the T-shirt was with no tag and told sometimes they deliver with bill barcode only but they can’t pick up with the same code and when I too realised I checked the packet but it was only with bill. He asked to create a pick up without quality check, I mailed the ajio asap, they took *-* days and rejected my return request saying it is not possible to get a product without tag. When I asked to why don’t you provide a check at the time of delivery they didn’t responded any further. Ajio was very trustworthy but not anymore. Will be seeking a legal support?
