Myntra - Return put on hold stating no tags

I had ordered Chemistry women black solid skinny fit stretchable trousers from Myntra on *th October. It ws too loose & short for me, so put it for return. The pickup guy from Myntra, who firstly doesn't accept anything if there's no tag attached, checked everything after opening in detail, even confirmed all tags & stuff & took it. Later, I got a mssg stating that my return has been put on hold coz there's no tag attached & got the product returned to me back without a tag now & also the size I hd ordered was a ** size & what I got is **. Myntra still claims that there's no quality or other problem from their side & its all my fault. Even their own pickup guy has admitted that we had all tags while returning & still these cheaters are blaming us.
