Myntra app and customer experience is up for a toss. I have been a regular user, but this time I ordered and had the post pathetic experience an app can provide. To begin with one of my purchases was exchange eligible and when I try to exchange - it says area unserviceable for the same piece. So basically I am stuck with the garment. Secondly, in one of the pieces exchange was eligible, and when I place a request it provides error. Third & the worst, I placed return requests for * of my orders. Someone came to my place, I wasn't at home and rather than making a re-attempt for pickup - the Myntra app is saying my return is on hold as the quality checks failed. What the hell is that? No pickup executive even talked to me/ looked at my return products, randomly app is giving them the flexibility to put anything on the app & user should keep trying to reach out to customer care (which is another pain btw).

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
