I ordered wild craft women jacket from Flipkart which clearly shows the return policy of ** days even till now on the app and website however I got the jacket delivered to me on **th of October and return window shows ended on **th of October, I called customer care and explained the concern they said they can not help with it as return policy has been updated but how the hell is that possible, first of all return policy can not changed for the existing ordered products and secondly return policy for the same product still shows on the app as ** days.
I have faced multiple issues by Flipkart Amazon and myntra but fade-up of being mentally harassed.
I want to make an official complaint and sue the company for cheating the customers.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
