Tushar Dubey filed complaint against Coitonic on Feb 19, 2026
I placed an order with Coitonic (Order ID: #*****) and raised a return request on ** February ****.
The company confirmed via email that the reverse pickup would be rescheduled within **–** hours. However, the promised timeline has already passed and no pickup has been arranged till date. The product is still lying packed and ready for return.
Due to the non-pickup of the parcel, my refund has also not been initiated. I have already contacted the company multiple times through email and support but have not received any proper resolution.
This delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience and financial blockage.
I request the concerned authority to kindly intervene, arrange the immediate return pickup, and ensure that my refund is processed at the earliest.
I am attaching all relevant proofs including order details, return request confirmation, and email communication.
