So basically I got my product from COITONIC on **th feb **** and I returned it the next day I.e ** and the product reached to COITONIC on **th Feb , I have waited so long and today is *th march and I haven’t got my refund yet , I tried to contact them but you can’t connect them by their phone number , I also mailed them but they unresponsive and just stalling.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
