I had ordered some clothes from this so called premium clothing brand Coitonic. Guess what they delivered it but then Tshirt quality was not good and I decided to return them as the threading was loose and visible outside the Tshirt. They have an policy for that if we have to return the product then we have to pay ***rs which is non refundable. But, why should I pay for every clothes if I am sending them all at once. Secondly they don’t have basic customer support as well because I was facing issues while the reverse pick up was scheduled and they are not responding to my emails and not responding to calls. This made me more frustrated and then after trying multiple time my call got connected and they said your pickup has been cancelled because i was not available where i haven’t received a single call. Then they rescheduled my pickup and everything was fine but then after over **days they have not refunded my money yet. There is no support at all. I messaged them on instagram and every where no reply and today again they just pasting canned response and replying after * hours * hours.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
