Tata Cliq - Return picked up by delivery refund not received

Hi

I had placed a return for the order (order id : *********), on **th Jan and return was picked up by the courier person on **th Jan and I still have not received my refund. I called tata cliq customer care, they told that there was an issue with the return and hence courier company has kept the package witthh themselves. And they cannot help me until I give them AWB no. , which was never sent to me by the courier perspn while picking up the order.

It is our hard earned money and it is so sad that how these companies are reckless.
