Customer Care On chat and Emails are robotic and ready with generic and computer created answers to your questions.
I've sent emails every single day asking about the pick up..but noone seems interested.The Customer care keeps lying that my number is not contact able and the delivery partners send messages that the pick up couldn't be possible because of some excuse.
I need help.The company is treating their customers like its doing us a favour.I have all documents proving what I said.
