i bought a zipper hoddie and the quality was not as shown in reviews and when i kept the the return order they are just lagging by sending the same number repeatedly and then saying to again and again send the return request the delivery agent number is also saying he is not the agent its a wrong number if i am messaging the company they just say new cancel req they are just wasting time
