I had ordered * items from savana and they were delivered correctly to my address by the delivery partner (xpressbees) but upon trial the items did not fit me well so i had to return them, my return was approved and the pickup was scheduled for *st nov but the delivery partner did not pick it up f
or return due to 'incomplete address' when they faced no problem whatsoever during delivery, and so i re-scheduled my return pickup for today *rd nov by giving an even more detailed location of my address but today as well your delivery partner did not pick it up due to incomplete address, so i rescheduled for *th nov again but i faced the exact same problem so my
question is if they could deliver the product to my address without any hassle why are they facing such problems, even after providing an even more detailed location TWICE for return pickup?
