I had requested a refund from Savana, but instead of crediting the amount back to my original payment method, they added it to my Savana Wallet. The wallet does not allow any option to withdraw or transfer the money to a bank account.
I have ₹*** stuck in the wallet, and I am unable to use it or transfer it. I have contacted Savana support, but they are not providing any clear solution and are refusing to send the amount back to my bank account.
This is causing financial inconvenience, and it is unfair for the company to hold the refunded amount in a closed wallet system without offering a withdrawal option.
I request Voxya’s assistance in getting my ₹*** refunded back to my bank account or original payment method at the earliest.
