I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an unresolved refund issue with the Savannah app that has been pending since July ****. My order was cancelled due to a timeout, yet the payment was successfully deducted from my bank account.
I had already provided my bank statement to your team months ago, but the refund was never processed. Recently, when I followed up again, I was told that the refund would either be transferred back to my bank account or credited to my Savannah Wallet. To avoid further issues, I opted for the wallet credit option.
However, after being informed that the refund would be processed immediately, no amount was credited to my wallet. Instead, upon logging in again as instructed by your support team, my entire account data was wiped—including previous orders, wishlist items, and refund details—making it appear as if I have a new account.
When I contacted customer support again, they refused to acknowledge the issue and restarted the same process of asking for bank statements, which I have already provided. This is unacceptable and shows severe negligence in customer handling.
I demand immediate action to:
*.Process my pending refund without further delay.
*. Provide a written confirmation once the refund is completed.
I expect a prompt resolution within * business days. If not, I will be escalating this matter to consumer protection authorities for further investigation.
