I've been a loyal customer of Myntra for the longest time but my loyalty has been put to test these past * weeks. I'd ordered two items from Myntra and received them on the ** th of September and the *rd of October. I had seen the return policies and ensured that it could be returned and due to issues with how it fit and the fact that the product didn't match the image, I requested a return on the days I got the packages itself. The return pickup of the first package had failed because of unknown reasons. No attempt for pickup was made but I didn't blink an eye because of my trust with Myntra. I reported it but I was assured that it was a glitch and my package would be picked up. After a couple of days, the return request was cancelled for unknown reasons and I kept getting return request messeges for products I didn't buy. When I reported this, I was assured that my pickup will take place if I place another request. So I waited. The two packages were supposed to be picked up on the **th of October which got shifted to the ** th of October then ** th of October and then the **th of October. Now on the **th, I'd called the customer service agent to know what is happening and about unknown messeges of items that I haven't ordered. I was afraid that the return would exceed my window period within which I was supposed to return my product since the return window of my first item ends on the **th of October and the second on the *nd of November. This customer agent ( Neha) rudely disconnected the call on my face without answering my questions. Then at night my return requests were again cancelled and my pincode became unserviceable. I've been ordering from Myntra for *+ years and this has never happened. I had to report my issues on Twitter just to be heard. As a result a return request was placed for my items suddenly, without my consent, and my return cancellation option was deactivated so even if I didn't want to self ship, I'd be stuck with that option. After reporting it again on Twitter, a case manager called me to let me know that there was no way to help me and I'd have to self ship my product and I could go to the delivery center in my zone and give my items for processing. Now the centre in the East zone is an hour away from my house. Due to lack of a better option, I made that trip and I did not find the center in the said address. I was misguided, my efforts were in vain and I had to go through the mental and physical turmoil of travelling in the midst of the pandemic in order to return my items but I failed. Then I wanted to get my return cancellation option activated so that I could wait for my address to become accessible ( which the first case manager specified may not happen leading to me being stuck with my products) and I reported it again on Twitter. I got another call from a case manager who then confirmed that my pincode had become accessible again. Though I had to make that * hour trip, I was somewhat relieved. However, the very next day (**th October'**) I got another message of a failed pick up attempt with a fake reason of the associate not being able to contact me or me rescheduling the pickup. In reality, they did not even try to pick-up my products and I got no calls. Then I got a message in the afternoon (*:**pm) that Delhivery services will pick up my products in * days. Then suddenly at night on that very day, my return request got cancelled again for no reason. I had placed another return request which has failed for the same reason, no attempt of pickup. I have no hope and no trust in Myntra anymore. I've been harassed for days for no fault of my own. I've been mentally harassed by this company for a month. They have taken advantage of customer loyalty and have caused me stress for weeks. I will not let this go and I will make sure that actions are taken against them. I have been made to run errands just to make sure that I'm able to fix an issue that I've not even caused myself. They've made me loose trust on online mode of shopping and I will never place orders with them again but I want to make them pay for what they have done to me.
