My brother ordered * pcs of haier robot vacuum cleaners(TH**U*) on ** mar ****.
We received and found not useful charge discharges within one day without using, remote not working, not cleaning as directed. So we planned to return and selected return option, but not appearing return option only replacement option is appearing, then i check the return policy list which is mentioned that for electronic devices only replacement policy only available. So my question is if only replacement is available why * days return is showing?So I selected replacement then haier team visited and they cannot do any thing. So kindly take the items back and return our money
