On **nd February ****, I purchased a Haier refrigerator from Ameon. During installation, your service engineer cheated me by falsely promising an AMC scheme: * years extended warranty plus * years AMC (coverage till Feb ****). Based on this assurance, I paid him ₹*,*** via Paytm.
Instead, I received only a *‑year AMC paper, which is clear fraud and cheating. When I contacted Haier Customer Care, they simply asked me to call the same service engineer, who along with his managers has stopped responding. This shows deliberate cheating and lack of accountability.
I demand immediate action:
- Provide the promised coverage till Feb **** or refund my payment.
- Take strict disciplinary action against the staff involved in this cheating.
- Send me written confirmation of resolution urgently.
This incident has caused harassment and loss of trust. I expect Haier to act swiftly and restore fairness.
