HAIER APPLIANCES (INDIA) PUT. LTD - HAIER AC not working properly after multiple service requests

We have been facing the problem of extremely low cooling.

Kindly note below details of service requests done so far:

Each time the technician cleaned the filters checked the outdoor/indoor units. The cooling improved for sometime only, and then we had to raise a new complaint.

Important points to note:
*. We had bought * acs of the same make together. Both are installed in a shop. The other one is giving perfect cooling. In this month of Ahmedabad summer, it alone manages the cooling that too at **.

But the AC we have complained about, if turned on alone, creates a suffocating environment.

*. The technicians have been unable to find the fault- one would clean the filter, the other would refill gas, third one would tighten up some screws of the outdoor unit....that's all....but none has been able to resolve its problem.
We are literally tired of explaining the problem.

*. The outdoor unit of this particular AC has already been changed, this was done in the first month of purchase.

*. My very sincere request to you, kindly get the whole AC (both units) exchanged. I understand it is not a likeable option, but you should acknowledge the fact that we have waited and tried enough.
