I purchase a haier led smart pro tv **' from ibc systems dt. **.**.**** berhampur ganjam odisha. From begining the remote is not working properly and the software is not updating. After giving several complain they are not doing any thing. since * month.
Either they exchange the product and give compension or return my money with bank interest.
