Westside - Return of online order due to size changes which includes full refund as it has no delivery charges

It has been * days since my return pickup has not arrived, they are rescheduling it to next day for the past * days and no one is picking the call from westside online customer care as well as the pickup agent. They are putting me in hold and making me wait for ** minutes in a row *-* times all for getting no reply but they are just picking and leaving the receiver unattended. I want to attach evidence for return confirmation. But there is no option here. Let me know where I can attach the evidence
