Westside - Refund not processed misleading customer service

I ordered products and one wasn’t delivered, when i called to check they said it is out of stock and that amount will be refunded. Note that i called * times before that to confirm the delivery and the agents said that it will be done within * days. After that they said it will be refunded back within * days. I raised it on **/**/**. I still haven’t received nothing. When i call people are hanging up on me and there is no reply to my emails. What kinda bullshit company is this. You have the most unprofessional agents. One lady asked me to actually count the days because it was just * days after i issued the refund and not **. They are just putting me on hold and hanging up. This is utterly ridiculous, unprofessional and irritating. I am still angry at the fact that they didn’t even let me know it was out of stock or a refund has to be processed. If I hadn’t called the third time to check where my delivery was I wouldn’t have known. They wouldn’t have let me know as well.
