I placed order online where it was shown that I can only return is at the store. Nowhere on the checkout page was it mentioned that I cannot receive a refund but only get store credit.
The customer service ladies are rude and senseless. The guy who returned my items pushed everything hurriedly without clarifying the situation for me just presented me with a store credit note, in hand. Not even in the app or against my account.
When insisting on refund they kept telling its policy while they actively hide policy at the a checkout page.
I need a resolution and refund for my order amount.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
