I have placed my order on **th of November, it was an prepaid order, the website is showing that the product has been delivered on **th of November but I haven’t received any call regarding delivery nor the product. And I made several calls to customer service & every single time they assure me that the refund will be placed in few days now it been more than ** days & still my problem is not resolved. Please look into this
