Amazon.in - Return of bad product not getting initiated by Amazon

Hi, This is to inform that I have purchased LG *.* Kg * Star Smart Inverter Fully-Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine (T**SKSF*Z, Middle Free Silver) . The order id for the same is Order# ***-*******-*******. From the very beginning, starting from the delivery, we are facing issues. The delivery happened in the third attempt. The delivery guy was very rude with it's behaviour and we raised a complaint for the same. We were assured by the Amazon customer care team that proper action will be taken against the delivery guy. Next, the washing machine was not working properly. After a couple of technician visits, the Amazon raised a return request for the product. Then we received the phone calls from the same delivery guy for the pickup. He never visited our house for the pickup and the return was cancelled. The return was cancelled multiple times (more than ** times) starting first dated on Feb *, ****. The pick up boy always calls and talks rudely to my wife. Once he wanted to share a personal number. He never showed up. He is asking on the phone to widen the stairs of the house, then he will come. The way he talked to my wife was very rude and it was a clear mental and social harassment from his side. Even after **+ attempts, the return has not yet completed. We are very frustrated and no one is listening to us now. We can not be more harassed. The way the delivery/pickup guy talked to my wife is not a polite way to talk to a woman. This is not tolerable.
Since last * times, there no call and no visit from any of the pick up guy. Amazon team is just giving new dates again and again.
