Shreya filed complaint against Myntra on May 3, 2019
I filed for a return of a Dorothy Perkins trousers on **th April. It was supposed to be picked up on the *st of May. The executive did not receive my call and wrongly updated that the customer asked for a reschedule. The same thing happened on *nd and to add to that the executive was very rude to me as well. Even today they have scheduled a pickup but the guy refused to come stating it doesn't fall on his route. Every time I call Myntra they will say wait for ** hours. Nothing helps and it's just a headache for the customer. This is not the first time this has happened either.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
