Hi,
I ordered a flo mattress for Rs.**** but it was not comfortable and I placed return as per policy within the timeline. But they are not picking it up nor refunding my money even after multiple intimations for * weeks now.

Customer care is not responsive.
Emails are not responsive.
Please help get my money back.
