Flo Mattress - Package not delivered on promised time and Customer care not providing proper information in deliver

Ordered a Flo Mattress Anti Gravity custom size mattress placed on July **, **** **:**PM and the delivery was promised on **th July ****. They haven't delivered it yet. I have been following up on this order since last week from the **th July **** and the customer care response has not been satisfactory as they keep repeating scripted response that the order would be dispatched within ** to ** hours.
They even promised a call back from supervisors twice and they haven't done it.
I have order this mattress for my new bed which was for my newborn * month old who is come back from my wife's parents house to my house after delivery and this has caused us inconvenience to the infant and my family.
