I'm writing to report that my Order Number**********FLOPESO placed on **th April ****, hasn't been dispatched yet. Despite multiple follow-ups, I haven't received any updates.

Furthermore, I've been informed that the refund process has been initiated, but I haven't received the refund amount yet. Please look into this matter urgently and provide an update on the expected dispatch/refund timeline.

If no strict action is taken by you then I will have to take legal action against your company.
