Hansaj Patidar filed complaint against Flo Mattress on Apr 25, 2023
We have ordered two ergo mattresses of size **×**×* (inch), but we've received one mattress of wrong size **×**×* (inch).
Now as we tried to complain on the customer care number, no one is responding our calls , only waiting ring is played there.
We have also emailed the support team as per given on website, it said that they'll reach you in **hrs, but there was no reply its been a week now.
Family members are worried, they are thinking that a fraud has been done with us, they are afraid of ordering online products.
They are saying to file a case in consumer forum, and proceed in legal way.
Please help us in solving our issue.
