I have placed a return request and it has been a month and the prooduct hasnt been picked up yet. I tried calling customer care and they started to put me on hold or cut the call. I have raised * complaints regarding this but they were asking me to wait and it has been more than a month.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
