Hi,
I had placed an order ** days back and received a wrong product. When I initiated the return with all the attachments they are just mentioning that we saw the footage and we have dispatched the right product and cannot initiate the wrong. The team was so rude and arrogant and simply denied the return. They are saying the wrong product you have received is already in your previous orders and share the image for the same in a single frame. How is that possible if two jackets are with different person and in different countries. First cry team is just saying that we are right and you are wrong.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
