Firstly I order a product baby twister swing car for my daughter on **-**-**** for her birthday gift i received product on my daughter birthday date, on **-**-**** my daughter is very excited for her gift i opened box but I received a broken product, shipping box is very well condition but product broken just like they send broken product. After I received broken product i request to replace this product as per first cry replacement policy, this product only replacement option not refund option, they picked up broken product on **-**-**** but still I didn't receive replacement product after one month.
