First Cry - Incomplete Refund processed

We have booked baby hug diaper(medium) Combo and received the parcel next day, however the parcel has * medium and * small size diaper packet. We immediately raised concern on first cry and as per the request we have returned both the packets. However first cry refunded only for * packet.
We are taking follow up daily but they are saying to wait on daily basis. It's been * days since we complaint again. We have provided all the screen shot of returned packets and other details but still it's not been resolved.
