I bought an Adidas tee from Snapdeal a few days back and I got the chance to look at the package around * days after delivery and the zip of the shirt was broken. I called them and ask them to just fix the zip issue (based on the warranty of branded product), no return or refund requested but they denied saying that there is no warranty of this product and your * days support has run out, we won't consider your request anymore.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
