I had requested for the return of two products (Order No. ******** & ********) on **rd Jan, ****. It's **th Jan today and my products haven't been picked up yet.
On raising the ticket I was informed by the bewakoof team three days ago that the items will be picked up within ** hours but no one has arrived to pick the items up yet. How much longer am I supposed to wait?
