I am unable to initiate a return for my Shein order (Order ID: [Your Order ID]), delivered on **th February at *:** PM, due to a system issue. While the main order page shows "Delivered," the individual product pages display "Delivery Delayed," preventing the return request. Screenshots are attached for reference.
I have been following up on this issue since **th February through multiple emails and customer service interactions, but there has been no proper response or resolution. My support ticket (ID: COM***********) remains unresolved, and I am repeatedly asked for the same proof of delivery, which I have already submitted.
I am tired of the delays and lack of action. I request an immediate resolution and assistance in processing my return.
