Shein India - Not get the refund of my order

I order fashion products from Shein India on ** September. They show the estimated delivery date is ** September but no one came on that day after that they changed the estimated delivery date to * October but again no one came. Then after that I call to Shein India customer care and then they cancel the parcel from their side because of delivery agent issue. On * october the parcel was cancelled and they told me that we refund your amount in * to * working days but now today is ** October and there is no update regarding my refund.
