I had taised return request for *products under the return ID RT*********. Messages come from Delhivery team but no in person picku peas done. I raised complaint COM***********
after which the customer care executive terminated the return process and asked me to reinitiate this request. This continued for several times and each time new ticket was raised. But no pickup is done. Now the ticket is closed without doing pickup and providing refund.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
