Actually I ordered * products from SHEIN India on *nd of April **** and product was delivered on **th of April but after getting the products I don't like the products , So I raised a return request on the same day and the logistics person reached me next day. But on that day He refused the return buy saying these orders that you have received is different as they are not meeting the quality check criteria, so I contacted SHEIN India customer care service and they guided me to re attain a return request by selecting different products received, so I initiate the return again and today same problem occurred. It's have been more than * week of this issue. They are just raising complaints only nothing is done by them.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
